Households in the Newport area are without water supplies this morning (Saturday) due to a burst water main.
Southern Water were called to the burst pipe at the bottom of Horsebridge Hill, Parkhurst shortly before 07:00 this morning, with engineers now on site working to restore water supplies to hundreds of properties.
Residents across Newport are reporting either no water or reduced pressure.
Bottles of water have been made available on Horsebridge Hill to those residents without a mains supply this morning.
