Isle of Wight MP Bob Seely has chosen a winning design for his 2023 Christmas Card Competition. Bella, who is 8 years old, has been announced as this year’s winner with her design featuring all things Christmassy. Bella’s design will feature on the MP’s electronic Christmas card this year. Bob said:
“This has been a really fun competition to judge and all the children who entered have risen to the challenge. “Bella’s design caught my eye because it was colourful and bold and captured a lot of the fun things we associate with Christmas. “The high standard of entries led me to choose a runner-up as well, so congratulations to Aysha as well and thank you to all the children who entered. I wish you all a happy Christmas.”
Bob went along to meet Bella and Aysha at Summerfields Primary School and presented them both with a teddy bear dressed in a green and gold House of Commons t-shirt.
