A Freshwater man is appealing for the return of his bicycle after it was stolen from outside Boots the Chemist yesterday evening (Saturday).
Shortly before 18:00, the charcoal coloured ‘Focus’ bike was stolen from outside the town’s Boots store on School Green Road.
According to the bike’s owner, a male aged in his late teens was seen riding the bicycle away from the scene of the theft.
It’s thought the suspect rode east along School Green Road before turning up Dall Square next to the town’s library.
Police have been informed of the incident.
