The residents of Orchard House, a Barchester care home, enjoyed a delightful trip out to Arreton Barns on a beautiful, sunny day.
Residents were in high spirits as they explored the various shops and stalls at Arreton Barns, taking in the sights and sounds of the bustling market.
They were particularly excited by the opportunity to browse the artisanal goods on offer, from handmade pottery and jewellery to locally-sourced food and drink.
The trip was organized by Orchard House staff, who were pleased to see the residents enjoying themselves in the fresh air and sunshine.
Kim Fleming General Manager of the care home has said:
“It was wonderful to see the smiles on the residents’ faces as they explored Arreton Barns,
“We know how important it is for our residents to get out and about, and we’re delighted to have been able to organize this trip for them.”
The day out was a great success, and the residents of Orchard House are already looking forward to their next adventure.
