Sandown’s Stuart McDonald led the field home in the annual Dash & Splash fun run last weekend (28th July). The annual event is held between Shanklin Rowing Club and Sandown Sailing Club, in support of Island charity Aspire. Sandown Mayor Alex Lightfoot, who handed out medals at the finish, said:
“Thanks to all volunteers, and all of the amazing runners, for making this event the success that it is and raising much-needed funds for the vital work that Aspire does for Islanders.”
