6-year-old Quinn Steane has raised more than £300 for bereavement charity Cruse having found their services helpful after suffering recent losses.
Cruse Bereavement Support offers help to those dealing with grief and Quinn underwent 8 bereavement sessions with Cruse Bereavement Isle of Wight after losing her Nanny and family dog Harley in quick succession last year.
As a thank you, she wanted to raise funds for the charity to support the amazing work they do.
To that end, Quinn sold cupcakes for 50p each from her Nanny’s driveway in Sandown on Sunday (7th May) and raised an incredible £320.50 for her charity of choice.
In so doing, she has absolutely smashed her initial target of £50 and Cruse must be very grateful to have such a dedicated and talented young fundraiser!
You can still help Quinn raise even more for this worthwhile cause by donating to her JustGiving page here and you can find out more about the services that Cruse offer to those facing grief here.
