A total of 24 property and land lots on the Isle of Wight are to be auctioned later this month.
They are among 191 lots listed across Southern England in the September auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers – the firm’s largest auction by lot numbers in 13 years.
The online auction ends on Thursday 18th September, with bidding live from 48 hours beforehand.

A freehold block of 7 apartments for investment at West Point, 1 Vernon Square, Ryde, has a guide price of £795,000+ and is let at £62,340 per annum (lot 145).
A traditional farmhouse, which has planning consent for the residential conversion of a barn, is guided at £675,000+ and stands on nearly 18 acres. Freehold, with vacant possession, Whitefield Farm, Ashey Road, Ryde, has 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a bedroom/study on the ground floor (lot 173).
With vacant possession, a 4-storey town centre shop in Ryde, with upper parts, has a freehold guide price of £175,000+ and is at 4 St. Thomas Square, Ryde (lot 114).
On the remainder of a 999-year lease from 1970, 2-bedroom Flat 3, Salsette Court, 30 The Strand, Ryde, has a guide price of £120,000+ (lot 168).
With split-level accommodation and a communal garden, a town centre maisonette has a guide price of £80,000-£90,000 (lot 6). The 1-bedroom vacant property at 5 Anglesea Street, Ryde, is on the remainder of a 999-year lease from 2002 at “a current ground rental of one red rose”. There is a share of the freehold.

Let at £19,392 per annum, a freehold block of 3 town centre flats at 147 High Street, Ventnor, has a guide price of £160,000+ (lot 99). Each flat has 1 bedroom and is let under the terms of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.
