21-YEAR-OLD BINSTEAD MAN CHARGED OVER SUPPLY OF COCAINE IN WARWICKSHIRE

21-year-old Keaton Clinton from Binstead has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine following a drugs bust in Warwickshire. Detectives from the Midlands-based Serious and Organised Crime Team raided houses in Coventry and Bedworth on Tuesday as part of an investigation into the supply of drugs in the local area. A total of 3 men were arrested across the 2 addresses, including Clinton from Sherbourne Avenue, Binstead here on the Isle of Wight – a local footballer. The 21-year-old has since been charged with being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug. 26-year-old Liam Murray has been charged with 1 count each of being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession with intent to supply cocaine, acquiring criminal property, possession of cannabis and possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious gas (CS spray), and 2 counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a private place (a machete and baton). 32-year-old Daniel Kettel was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, acquiring criminal property and possession of an offensive weapon in a private place (a machete).
