The body of a 29-year-old man was discovered at Thorness Bay Holiday Park yesterday (Saturday), Police have confirmed.
Numerous resources from both the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary rushed to the scene at around 09:30 after receiving reports concerning the welfare of an occupant of a caravan.
Sadly, a 29-year-old man was been pronounced dead at the scene.
A Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary spokesperson has said:
“The man’s next of kin have been informed.
“The death is deemed as an unexpected death and remains under investigation by police on behalf of the Isle of Wight Coroner.”
