56-year-old Timothy Young has been charged with theft from a shop after allegedly stealing from The Little Cow Shed in Havenstreet. It was reported to Police earlier this week that on the evening of 22nd February, a man allegedly entered The Little Cow Shed and stole more than £50 worth of food items. The incident has prompted some controversy as Police initially said they wouldn’t investigate the matter, according to those behind the honesty store. Following enquiries, 56-year-old Timothy Young, of Spring Gardens in Ventnor, has been charged with theft from a shop. He has been bailed with conditions to appear at Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on 15th March 2024.
