WAITROSE BUTTER RECALLED DUE TO POSSIBLE BLUE CLOTH CONTAMINATION

Waitrose is recalling its Essential Waitrose & Partners Salted Dairy Butter because it may contain pieces of blue cloth. Islanders are being urged not to consume the product as the possible presence of blue cloth makes the product unsafe to eat. Instead, those who have the potentially unsafe food item are being urged to package it up and return it to Waitrose in East Cowes for a full refund. The affected product is:
