Mountbatten Isle of Wight has announced that its popular Fireworks with Mountbatten event is to take place on Saturday 9th November but at a new location – Robin Hill.
Tickets for the usually well-attended event – which was most recently held at North Fairlee Farm – have gone on sale this evening (Monday).
Fabulous fireworks, a dazzling fire show, live entertainment and the exciting fundraising challenge, ZipFire, will all be there. Gates open at 16:00, with fireworks from 19:30.
Fireworks with Mountbatten will be hosted by Paul Topping and the IW Radio breakfast team.
Isle of Wight Festival organiser John Giddings, who is kindly sponsoring the fireworks, says:
“We sold out in just 90 minutes last year, so people will have to be quick if they want to join us!
“We’re really excited to be teaming up once again, in aid of this wonderful cause.
“It’s going to be another great night.”
