The much-anticipated community event, Ticket to Ryde, is set to make a triumphant return to Eastern Gardens in Ryde next weekend. Taking place on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May, this feel-good extravaganza promises a bumper Bank Holiday weekend of live music, local traders, food stalls, kids activities and much more. The event aims to bring together the community while supporting the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) Isle of Wight. Despite its name, admission to Ticket to Ryde is free thanks to the generous support of organisers Jack Up Events working in conjunction with Ryde Town Council. Just turn up with your friends and family on the Esplanade and enjoy an impressive line-up of acts including The Redcatz Rock’n’Roll Trio, Emellia, The Signal Men, Charlene Duncan, Diva-Licious Duo, Greg Barnes Music, The Sirens, Amy Jolliffe, It’s Not a Phase Mom!, Momentary High and Steve Love’s Island Songs. On-stage proceedings start at 11:30 through until 20:00 each evening. Market stalls open from 10:00 each morning. For more information about the event and the schedule of performances, see https://jackupevents.co.uk/whats-on/.
