Isle of Wight-based Teemill has been recognised with a prestigious national award at this year’s Licensing Awards in London.
The company took home the Best Sustainable Licensed Product accolade at a glittering ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel on 16th September, where more than 1,200 industry executives gathered to celebrate excellence in brand licensing.
Teemill received the award for the Wallace & Gromit Vengeance Most Fowl store, powered by the firm’s sustainable print-on-demand technology. The store was relaunched earlier this month with a fresh look and an expanded range of products.
Rob Caulfield, Senior Business Development at Teemill, said:
“We’re absolutely delighted to win this award for the Wallace & Gromit store. It’s been a real pleasure working with the brilliant team at Aardman to bring it to life.
“We’re proud to show that you can create merchandise that’s both sustainable and commercially successful, and this recognition from the industry means the world to us! It gives us real confidence and excitement for what we can achieve together in the future.”
