Waster take away license for good could of killed someone
I agree with the losing licence comment but please to half the population you cannot ‘could of’ anything, however, you ‘could have’.
Every day is a learning day 🙂
Could have
Could have .
This sort need hurting, before they hurt the truly innocent and ruin others lives, forever.
That hurt will never, ever come from courts or jails now, as our prisons are too full of the world’s dross to ever again give ‘meaningful’ sentences.
They should be forced into special Army run units, and made to work in crisis hit zones or do demeaning tasks for three years minimum, more if still have attitude.
It will never happen, so we must watch a see a 12m ban, when they likely never had a license anyway, and a small fine, which won’t be paid, or around £1 per week, ‘cos they have dependant clones’.
So it goes on and on, and on….
really -why impose a deadbeat onto hard working, positive minded professionals in the forces – they don’t want to have to waste their time on scumbags that do not want to be there.
sending them to a crisis hit zone – waste of time – all you will do is cause the well meaning, hard working individuals there, a lot of grief, having to put up with some time wasting scumbag hanging around.
sending him to jail just means he comes out with a “i dun a bit of bird” attitude, which just enhances his credentials amongst his pals.
so, you are left with the following..
instruct his internet service provider to cut off any service to his home
instruct his mobile phone provider to cut off any service to him
instruct his bank to freeze his account and seize any money in it.
seize and destroy any property of any value from him
instruct his employer to sack him
install a monitoring device to his front door which triggers an alarm if the door is opened.
seal him inside his home.
have basic food/toiletries delivered by the state to his home for the duration of his incarceration.
ensure electric supply is cut off at night.
if he is already unemployed, on benefits with no assets and homeless, then you instruct all hostels to refuse him a bed and make him sleep in the streets and cut off his access to benefits via his post office account – meaning his only way of obtaining food, is from the bins or a charity.
You’d have thought he/she would have had more injuries than just a ‘nick’ after that crash!
You would have thought so but no they escape with a very minor thing! P###es me off to be honest! Could have killed anyone with his stupidity!!!! Throw the book at him
Now the pubs will be closed for 4 weeks we should see a lot less of this.
Do you think idiots only drink in pubs??
Last lock down a Cllr with a business at Ryde Canoe lake was still selling such. Hopefully it is closed now for the season, but where there is a will…
They empty the supermarket shelves. Drinkers cannot go without their booze you know, it’s an essential part of their lives.
Well at least that car won’t be going anywhere except the scrapyard
Lifetime driving ban, and decent jail time with hard labour. there is no excuse whatsoever for drink driving.
My partners best friend was killed by a drunk driver on a country road as she walked home from the same pub the drink driver was in. He dragged her for nearly half a mile under his car before he finally stopped and ran away. 3 year ban, and 3 years in jail. He is now driving again and living his life. Is that fair? This guy could have done the same. There has to be a proper brutal deterrent to stop this BS.
Tragic story, Plato.
No, that couldn’t possibly be fair and is pretty poor justice.
Maybe these selfish and dangerous maniacs should be paraded in public and named and shamed. Better yet, put them in the stocks in a busy place and let the public deal with them.
Keep them there until they can understand right from wrong.
They DO NOT deserve any better treatment!
Policing levels on the Island have reduced over the years to the extent that drunk, doped up, uninsured and banned drivers seem to only get caught through involvement in traffic incidents. They likely get away with general poor driving, speeding and running red lights as for them it’s low risk that they will be picked up.
Excellent now the police have at last trained the trees to catch drunk scum who should be disqualified for life.
At least the lockdown ( or “sanctuary”, as I prefer to call it) will result in a reduction or even halt to crimes on the streets.
dont judge until you no the facts
Its not hard to work it out! The bloke deserves the book thrown at him for that! Glad hes finally been caught. He deserves a life time ban! He doesnt work i know that for a fact! So hes a bum and scum. The island is a very small place people will know who this person is!
