Excitement is building as the Medina Marching Band prepares to take to the stage for its annual Spring Concert this Friday (4th April) at Christ the King College in Newport.
Following months of rehearsals, the talented musicians are ready to showcase a varied programme featuring military marches, stage and movie music, and popular hits, including the iconic ‘Baker Street’.
Audiences will also be treated to standout solo performances and a special appearance from the band’s renowned Corps of Drums.
Doors open at 19:00, with the concert commencing at 19:30. Tickets are priced at just £10 and can be purchased online via Medina Marching Band’s website or on the door.
All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the band’s mission of ‘Youth Development in Music’, helping young musicians to develop their skills and passion for performance.
