Singer songwriter Tim Arnold has invited local Isle of Wight choir, the Salutaris Vocal Ensemble, to join him on stage for a unique performance of his critically acclaimed new album Super Connected for the 1st night of his tour at Quay Arts in Newport. A rock record doubling as a stage musical and film, Super Connected was 1st performed by Arnold and the choir at The Isle of Wight Festival 2021 when the festival made a triumphant return after the lockdowns. Arnold said:
“I’m thrilled to be working with the choir again. Super Connected is about the authentic connections we make without technology, so it’s very special to make this connection with the choir and the island. “The show encompasses a concert, a movie and a piece of theatre. Having the choir as well, is a dream come true. There’s so much talent on The Isle of Wight, it’s an honour to collaborate. “This show at Quay Arts is going to be incredibly special”.
