Over 30 Ryde Academy Sixth Form students are gearing up to conquer Mount Snowdon next week in a determined fundraising mission for the MS Society.
The ambitious group, who have just completed their final practice hike, are ready to tackle Wales’ highest peak on Tuesday (22nd July) – all while raising vital funds for people living with multiple sclerosis.
They’ll be joined by outgoing Year 11 students – many of whom will move up to the Sixth Form in September – making this challenge not just a test of endurance, but a brilliant opportunity to build new friendships and community spirit ahead of the new school year.
A spokesperson for the Academy says every penny raised will help provide support, information, and research for those affected by MS and donations, big or small, will make a real difference.
