UPDATED: A scooterist has received minor injuries following a collision on Medina Way in Newport this morning (Tuesday).
Police and paramedics were called to the incident involving a scooter and a red Citroen C3 at just before 10:30.
Traffic is slightly delayed on the northbound carriageway, but the road remains open.
UPDATE – The incident has now been cleared.
