Police swarmed a residential road in Pan yesterday (Saturday) following reports of a teenager with a knife.
Police were called to the scene after they received a report of a teenage boy in possession of a suspected knife on Barton Road, at approximately 15:45.
Officers attended, quickly located the individual described and completed a stop and search, which was negative.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary has confirmed that no further action has been taken against the teenager.
