The awards ceremony took place on 28th November at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel, Mayfair, with a gala dinner hosted by comedian Marcus Brigstocke. Known as the ‘Property Party of the Year’, the event brought together agents and suppliers from across the UK to celebrate industry excellence.

The Negotiator Awards, organised by the UK’s leading property trade publication in partnership with Zoopla, featured 35 categories with Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Highly Commended accolades presented to 140 agencies and suppliers. Publisher Grant Leonard described the evening as “a celebration of the best in the business, recognising hard work and excellence across the industry.”
Following the awards, The Negotiator Conference & Expo saw over 400 agents attend sessions with 20 expert speakers and network with the UK’s most innovative suppliers.
