Red Funnel has announced that their Hi-Speed Red Jet service between Cowes and Southampton will be suspended until Wednesday morning.
The cross-Solent passenger service will be stopped from 17:00 as a result of the adverse weather conditions.
The last departures will be 16:15 from Southampton and 16:55 from Cowes.
Red Funnel say the service will remain suspended for the remainder of the day and they apologise for any inconvenience.
