Heron’s Ryde Restaurant closed its doors for the final time over the weekend, marking the end of a 5-year journey.
The restaurant, founded by Chef Alex Kimber, has been a well-known dining spot in Ryde in recent years and formed the foundation for the rest of the Heron’s businesses across the Isle of Wight, in both Cowes and most recently at Robin Hill.
Back in January, Heron announced the closure of its Cowes restaurant.
Chef Alex and the team have expressed their gratitude to customers for their support since opening.
Alex, Owner and Head Chef, has said:
“A huge thank you to all the staff who have worked for us over the years, we couldn’t have done it without you.”
