Police on the Isle of Wight are asking if Island Echo readers recognise these 2 men, who are wanted in connection with a serious assault in Shanklin yesterday (Thursday).
As first reported by Island Echo, Police were called at 11.59 after a man in his 30s was assaulted by a group of men at Lower Hyde Holiday Park, off Landguard Road.
The man sustained a number of injuries as a result, including a serious but not life-threatening head injury. He remains in hospital at this time.
An area of the park was cordoned off for a time with a forensic investigator called in to gather evidence.
A 23-year-old man from Shanklin has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and remains in custody at this time.
Now, Hampshire Constabulary have released photos of 2 men they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
Officers recognise that the quality of the images aren’t great, but hope you may recognise their clothing or build.

No doubt the perpetrators had Covid symptoms. Just look for anyone who has a cold.
Lucky we all haven’t been asked to give descriptions. So far, a female with blond hair, who looks like a small dog, or Ms Piggy, or a Bear. The mini skirt adds intrigue.
The other guy seems dull in comparison.
