Flexible commercial space close to the Isle of Wight’s county town could soon become available.
Palmers IOW has said its change of use application for 2 buildings at the Hangar Business Park off Forest Road near Newport would enable a ‘range of permissible tenants’ to quickly occupy the facilities.
The plans would ‘support local businesses and the local economy’ as well as offering ‘flexibility/diversification of existing buildings’, a statement from the applicant’s agent.

County Hall’s public consultation on application 25/01325/FUL ends on 7th November and a decision has been scheduled for 28th November.
