A female pedestrian has sustained minor injuries following a collision with a car in Sandown this afternoon (Good Friday).
The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service were called to Albert Road in the town at shortly before 14:35 with a rapid response paramedic mobilised to the incident.
Thankfully, the woman has sustained minor injuries but she has been conveyed to St Mary’s Hospital.
An elderly woman was knocked down in the same location just last month.
