No further action is to be taken against a man who was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent following an incident in Haylands during the early hours of yesterday morning (Sunday).
Officers were called to reports of a disturbance at an address on Field View, on the outskirts of Ryde, at just after 01:30.
Local residents have described seeing Police searching nearby driveways and gardens with torches during the early hours, with the search stretching to other roads including Bettsworth Road and Colenutts Road.
Hampshire Constabulary have confirmed that a 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent.
The arrested individual has since been released from custody with no further action.






























































































So the police arrested the wrong person then?, or was there no criminal activity at all?.
Something warranted the police to act, what was it ????.
My guess is one said no comment and the other wouldn’t press charges domestic.
Ah, in the vicinity of the dealing teach. We can draw our own conclusions as to why ‘no charges were pressed then. Never worth losing a well paid and respected job eh?
