Spice Lounge, which opened its doors on Ryde High Street just last month, has already achieved the highest possible 5-star food hygiene rating.
The new Indian restaurant began welcoming diners on 15th September and has quickly earned praise for its authentic dishes, attentive service and modern dining experience.
The 5-star rating recognises the highest standards of food safety and hygiene management and is a remarkable achievement for such a new business.
Environmental Health inspectors from the Isle of Wight Council visited the premises earlier this week.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Azizul Islam, whose impressive 30 years of experience ensure each dish is crafted to perfection. His menu features a wide range of chef specials, fusion curries and seafood delights, showcasing bold flavours and expert cooking that have already made Spice Lounge a standout addition to Ryde’s dining scene.
Spice Lounge offers dine-in, collection and delivery options. Menus have recently been distributed through front doors in Ryde, inviting more residents to experience the restaurant’s authentic Indian flavours.
Spice Lounge – 49 High Street, Ryde. Open 7 days a week, 17:00-22:00.
