A popular commuter café in Cowes is up for sale as its owner has made the decision to sell up due to ill health.
The Link Kiosk – located next to the Floating Bridge in Cowes – serves a variety of hot and cold foods such as rolls, wraps and baguettes, as well as homemade cakes and biscuits, cold and warm drinks, ice creams, sweets, crisps and chocolate bars.
In a hugely beneficial location, the café brings in the majority of its trade from those who use the Floating Bridge – and when it’s not running, the Jenny Boat.
The kiosk’s owner, Tracey, has said:
“Sadly, due to health concerns I need to give up my lovely, little kiosk. I’m hoping to find someone who can carry on what I started and hopefully develop its potential further. It would also make a great first business for someone too, as its easy to manage.
“The kiosk is in a fantastically, supportive community and benefits hugely from workers within the area”.
Brought up to a modern standard when a refurbishment was carried out in 2020, anyone who wishes to know more information about the premises should head to The Link Facebook page.
