Police are making enquiries following reports of a naked man jumping out of a bush and flashing at a dog walker in Newport this morning (Tuesday).
The female victim was walking along the Newport to Shide cycle path sometime before 07:30 when she was made aware of a fully naked man behind her, exposing himself.
The flasher made his escape from the area when, undeterred by the act of the individual, the woman stood her ground and shouted at the man.
Officers from Newport Police Station are now investigating the incident.
