Weekly Walk and Talk at Appley Tower
In addition to the meet-up, Mindset Bros hosts Walk and Talk events every Monday morning at 06:00 at Appley Tower. These early morning walks provide an opportunity for men to connect with others while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of movement and nature. The Walk and Talk events are open to all and offer a relaxed, judgment-free atmosphere to start the week with clarity and support. Meet Ross there every week, even if it’s just to walk.
Martyn’s ‘Run Every Day Challenge’
Mindset Bros also celebrates the incredible dedication of Martyn, a Director of Mindset Bros, who is currently over 100 days into his “Run Every Day Challenge”. Martyn’s daily runs are part of his effort to raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health. His remarkable journey inspires others to take action for their mental well-being while supporting this important cause.
The fundraising campaign has gained widespread support from the community, and donations can be made via Martyn’s donation page. Every contribution helps Mindset Bros continue providing essential resources and events for those who need them most.
Why Attend?
Mindset Bros exists to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. By fostering connections and building supportive communities, the organisation aims to empower men to embrace their mental well-being journey.
Ross Taylor, Mindset Bros Director.
“Mental health is just as important as physical health, and our events provide a space where men can feel understood and supported”.
