Highfield House in Shanklin has announced that its Registered Manager, Teresa Hope, has been named a finalist for the Registered Manager of the Year award at the Great British Care Awards, set to take place at the Hilton Metropole in Brighton.
This recognition highlights Teresa’s outstanding leadership and dedication to providing high-quality, person-centred care for residents at Highfield House.
Teresa’s nomination is a proud moment for the Shanklin community, recognising the impact of her work in creating a nurturing environment for residents and supporting a skilled team of local carers.
The announcement has been met with enthusiasm on social media, with families and community members showing support and celebrating the high standard of care Teresa’s team delivers every day.
