A convicted sex offender called a Magistrate a ‘d**khead’ after as he was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison.
Iain Willett, 27, of Furrlongs in Newport, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of post-sentence supervision and failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order.
The court heard how Willett failed to comply with the requirements of his post-sentence supervision and suspended sentence order by not keeping in touch with his supervisor by failing to attend planned office appointments on the 15th October and 27th October 2025.
Willett was made subject to a suspended sentence order on the 12th September after was sentenced for theft, assault by beating and failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders’ Register.
Defending Willett, Oscar Vincent said that his client had found a stable address and was determined to continue his work with probation. He also added that Willett has already served a considerable amount of time on remand already.
The 27-year-old was jailed in 2021 for 40 months for sexual assault, assault by beating and kidnap. This followed an incident on 23rd August 2020 where he attacked a woman at Newport bus station and dragged her towards Church Litten Park. The woman was bravely able to fight back and get away.
Magistrates spent a while deliberating their decision before opting to activate the suspended sentence order, sending Willett to prison for 16-weeks.
As he was taken out of the dock and downstairs to the cells, Willett called the lead Magistrate a ‘d**khead’ and told him to ‘suck your f**king mother’.
Willett is expected to enjoy Christmas behind bars.

So will his sentence be increase for that? no it wont.Obviously a total turd of a human being..
So after his displeasure of being locked up and saying his kind words to the bench. They should have given him another 28 days for contempt of court to run consecutive after the fact he didn’t behave previously. That’s being polite
Years ago I was chairing a court in London and after being committed to prison the individual told me I was a c**t. The two magistrates I was sitting with suggested that a further charge of contempt be put but were persuaded otherwise. I simply explained to him that we would now going to retire and have lunch while he would be on his was to prison. I didn’t feel any more needed to be said. He got the message.
Sounds charming !! What a nasty dangerous person, hope the karma comes right back at you !
Very rude but by and large they do seem a bit dick headed, much too lenient.
why do they not cut his nuts off
