If guilty lock him up. Totally unacceptable.
The Police need the courts to send out a message that anyone using violence will be dealt with severely whoever the victim is.
Panic button my left foot
Agreed. You’re spot on.
I also watched this event unfold and didn’t see any officers get assaulted. The suspects wife was pushed across the driveway by an officer which aggravated the whole situation. The police didn’t handle this well at all and it was disgraceful at times the way they dealt with things.
Scum like him need a big ‘dose’ themselves of what they dish out. I hope the Police officer makes a speedy recovery.
Drop him off in Rwanda. If he wants to come back, make him walk it. I’m sick of reading about our front liners getting assaulted.
I watched this unfold with a total of 7 police units responding at speed, a convoy of police vehicles and still I watched a motorist oblivious pull in front of them, anyway problem solved and at least the police officer was not injured. As for the arrested I have have no words.
We have had the same situation at Hogan close, Some strange girl swigging from a can of beer screaming her head off because the boyfriends dumped her knocking on doors to tell all the neighbors what a naughty boy he is, damaging cars, playing loud music All I can say is get over it leave him alone and the neighbours, she’s obviously mentally ill,try and seek help we’ve had enough here,so please stop before police get called again
