The former headquarters of beauty brand Liz Earle has been put on the market with a guide price of £2.9million, just months after the company announced its closure.
The freehold property – located on Nicholson Road in Ryde – is being marketed by Isle of Wight agent Scotcher and Co following Liz Earle’s decision to shut down its head office operations, resulting in staff redundancies.
Described as an ‘exceptional headquarters building’, the site includes offices, laboratories, production space and warehousing, along with 60+ parking spaces.
Despite its prominent location and modern facilities, the almost £3million price tag and current economic pressures could make it difficult to secure a buyer quickly. There are concerns the high-profile building may remain vacant for some time, with limited demand for large commercial sites on the Isle of Wight.
Liz Earle is still operating on the Isle of Wight from its production space in Cowes, and its retail shop on Union Street, Ryde.

£2.9 Million
Lol, it’s Ryde, not Seaview.
Dream on. I just saw a pig fly past.
what?? have you even looked at the property on maps, or just looked at the picture before commenting?
A friend of mine use to work there, it is nothing
special.
It’s in Ryde F.F.S
There is nothing special about Nicholson Road.
Unless the Council purchase it with tax payers money
I cannot see any business in the current economic
climate paying anywhere near £2,900,000.00
