The fault being the company itself. Lack of capacity means outages are going to be commonplace until they get their act together. Feel sorry for school kids working from home as if my Grandson is the norm all his devices are on minimal battery life so power off can’t do anything
May be not there fault a lot of pavements being dug up at the moment, with wight fibre around elmfield
Well said people will vote down the truth
No truth there Old Bean, or should it be Has Been.!
This is becoming a regular occurrence on the Island, there is clearly an issue whether it be faulty equipment or a lack of maintenance etc, whatever the reason it needs addressing.
I ain’t complaining. I ordered McDonald’s at 12 because of the power cut we got free McDonald’s.
Wouldn’t eat that crap even for free!
I hope it was fully cooked.
Excellent service from SSEN staff. 90% of customers back on after 2 hours. The fault repaired and remaining customers back on after 3 hours 30 mins. Good show. Thanks.
Well said. Too many people sit in their snug homes moaning about these things that unfortunately happen and don’t give a thought to the poor workers out in the cold trying to put things right. Too much reliance on it now. When I was a kid it was fun having a power cut now they can’t cope for more than 10 minutes if things don’t work.
Your clearly a staff member brown nose I bet
Just because you don’t agree with Oracle’s comment there’s no need to resort to insult. Nasty person you!!
When 2 workers become 1 buddy
Bet lost I’m afraid “buddy”.!!
