The country would be in a better place if people left things
the way they were.

If you want add ons etc etc. buy a larger property.

There are too many INCOMPETENT Bob the Builders
who don’t know what they are doing fcuking things up.

My advice to anyone buying a property, make sure you
buy detached, it is the only way to go.

What rubbish. If a property has the capacity to be extended why should it not be. There are significant costs to moving – agents fees, Stamp Duty, removers, legal costs and fees. It is often more cost effective to extend your home if there is scope to do so. Why would “the country be in a better place”? What would make te country a better place would be if people could for once try to see the positive side of any given situations rather than automatically carp and criticise.

When a person / family buys a property, they buy the
property because they like what they see when they purchase the property.

If Numpties change things and it then affects their
property it should not be allowed.

I am forever reading about persons wanting to do this and
do that.

Then sell up and purchase the place you like with
“YOUR” requirements.
Don’t Fcuk it up for others!

TOO BE HONEST IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO SEE HOW
MANY HOMEOWNERS HAVE CARRIED OUT IMPROVEMENTS
WITH NO PLANNING PERMISSION TO DO SO, WHO POLICE’S
SUCH CHANGES!! NO ONE!!.

Council tax banding is way out of date, that needs improving
and brought into the 21st century .

If one can afford improvements then you can afford to
pay the fees you mention.

YOU KNOW I AM RIGHT, PEOPLE FOR SOME REASON
DON’T LIKE TO HEAR THE TRUTH!

Bless you!

Too right. I don’t know why this ” numpty”, enough is enough, is still on here. He needs to get off his keyboard and do something proactive.
