Mindset Bros CIC has announced the official launch of its Ambassador Programme, a major step forward in the organisation’s mission to support men’s mental health, build stronger communities, and expand its outreach across the Isle of Wight.
This landmark initiative marks a new chapter for Mindset Bros as the organisation continues its rapid growth, now supporting more than 350 men through monthly meet-ups, community events, and one-to-one support networks.
As part of this launch, Mindset Bros is delighted to welcome its first 4 ambassadors.
Community Ambassadors – Barry Lloyd & Pete Woodford
Barry and Pete bring a wealth of lived experience, compassion, and commitment to helping men feel seen, supported, and connected. Their roles will focus on strengthening community engagement, fostering new relationships, and helping expand Mindset Bros’ presence across local neighbourhoods and workplaces.
Head of Fundraising Ambassadors – Rich Fox & Charlie Harris
Rich and Charlie have already made a significant impact through their dedication to Mindset Bros’ fundraising efforts. As newly appointed Head of Fundraising Ambassadors, they will lead the charge on major fundraising campaigns, sponsorships, and high-impact events that will drive essential support for the organisation’s life-changing work.
The Ambassador Programme is set to play a central role in Mindset Bros’ ambitious plans for 2026, including raising greater awareness, reaching more men than ever before, and continuing to develop practical, accessible solutions for those struggling with their mental health.
Founder Ross Taylor shared:
“This programme is the next evolution of what we’ve built. Our ambassadors are not just supporters — they are leaders who believe in the mission and want to be part of the change. We’re incredibly proud to welcome Barry, Pete, Rich, and Charlie into these roles. This is just the beginning.”
With new initiatives launching throughout the next year – including community outreach, strategic partnerships, and the island-wide release of homeless survival kits – Mindset Bros continues to strengthen its position as a vital support network for men from all walks of life.
Mindset Bros CIC is an Isle of Wight–based social impact organisation dedicated to improving men’s mental health through community connection, inclusive events, practical support, and open conversation. What began as a small group has now grown into a powerful network helping hundreds of men each month find hope, brotherhood, and a safe place to talk.

Would you please consider rolling this out in secondary schools?
My son is a mental health ambassador at his school, but I know there is still so much more that could be done to help young lads break through the stigma.
