The congregation at Shanklin United Reformed Church have been enjoying a ‘healthy half-hour’.
The sessions – run by local personal trainer Ellen Robinson who runs Fun Fitness, take place at 10:30 every Wednesday, before ‘The Well’ begins as usual at 11:00.
Those wishing to attend, are welcome to join Personal Trainer, Ellen Robinson, for a Healthy Half Hour. Ellen, who runs Fun Fitness, is a church member.
Ellen, a church member, has said:
“Our Healthy Half Hour started just over 18 months ago and it’s an absolute joy to see a steadily growing number of people steadily growing in strength and fitness! After a fun warm up, we do a circuit of simple functional exercises that are aimed to give us a good level of everyday fitness for everyday life.”
