GODSHILL’S THE TAVERNERS NAMED ONE OF THE BEST GASTROPUBS IN THE COUNTRY

The Taverners in Godshill has been named one of the best gastropubs in the UK.

Global travel site Big 7 Travel has released its annual list of ‘The 50 Best Gastropubs In The UK’. The list, which is now in its 2nd year, was determined from a combined score of reader’s suggestions throughout the year, online user reviews and Big 7 Travel’s editorial team.

From London boozers with creative small plates to local country inns boasting a Michelin Star, these places are shining a light on regional British ingredients.

Reaching 37th in the list is The Taverners in Godshill, noted for being a proper, quaint country pub with a menu full of locally farmed ingredients.
