A residential road in Sandown has been put under an emergency closure due to a gas leak.
Grafton Street – located between Leed Street and Melville Street – has been closed in both directions from Priory Court to outside No.5.
SGN is carrying out emergency repairs in the area. Engineers arrived on site late last night (Tuesday).
It’s unknown when the road will re-open but is expected to re-open within 5 days.
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the road is closed.
