Firefighters were called to Newport this morning (Thursday) to help lift a poorly 3-year-old horse.
At around 11:15, crews from Ryde and Newport were called to Mews Lane off Fairlee Road to assist in the lifting of a 3-year-old horse.
Utilising specialised equipment, the teams carefully executed the lift, enabling a veterinarian to safely assess and attend to the animal.
