Firefighters have extinguished a small fire in woodland at East Cowes Esplanade tonight (Saturday).
1 appliance from the town was mobilised at 21:01 following reports of a fire in amongst the woods near the children’s playground.
1 extended hose reel was used to extinguish the 2x2m fire and damp down the area.
Another small piece of drama for those responsible to laugh about, giving them a small feeling of power in their boring, pitiful lives.
