42-year-old Sara Peckham has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in Cowes on Sunday.
Peckham appeared before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court this morning (Tuesday) where she was remanded in custody.
The accused will appear before Portsmouth Crown Court via video link in 2 weeks’ time.
It understood the incident took place at a residential property on Sunday afternoon.
