This year’s Isle of Wight Classic Motor Show will take place in Newport on Saturday (6th September) and Ryde on Sunday (7th September), with around 400 vehicles expected on both days.
Running from 10:00 to 16:00 each day, the free-to-attend show will see classic cars from across the Isle of Wight and the mainland descend on Newport Quay and Ryde Esplanade for a weekend of motoring nostalgia.
The event brings together a wide range of vintage, retro and specialist vehicles, offering something for car enthusiasts of all ages. Spectators can expect to see everything from early 20th-century classics to more recent iconic models.
Organisers have worked hard to ensure the popular 2-day event continues to thrive, with support from Wightlink, Ryde Town Council, The Bargeman’s Rest, Island Echo, NDL Electrical and others.
Money raised at both locations will be donated to local charities, with attendees encouraged to give generously while enjoying the sights and sounds of the classic car world.
The Isle of Wight Classic Motor Show remains a firm favourite in the Island’s events calendar, attracting thousands of visitors each year. It is, of course, held in memory of Victor Gallucci, who founded the show more than 20 years ago.
