A rural road between Rookley and Niton has now reopened following a crash which left a car on its side earlier this morning (Friday).
Police were called to Chequers Inn Road between the pub and Bohemia Corner at just gone 08:30 after a Peugeot crashed and came to rest on its side.
The female driver of the vehicle has been conveyed to St Mary’s Hospital with minor injuries.
The road has now reopened following recovery of the vehicle.
