UPDATED: A car has destroyed a garden wall and caused damage to 2 other vehicles in Bembridge this afternoon (Monday).
Police and paramedics are currently attending the incident on Kings Road having been called to the scene of the crash at 16:20.
According to witnesses, a red Renault Scenic crashed into a Peugeot 206 – with a child on board – before ploughing into a garden wall. The vehicle then rolled back and crashed into a parked Skoda Yeti.
No on has been seriously injured in the smash, however the elderly male driver is being attended to by the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service.
The road remains open under Police direction.
UPDATE – 2 people have been conveyed to St Mary’s Hospital for treatment.
The incident has now been cleared.
