Brading Town FC’s Under 16s team have become the most successful youth team in the club’s history following their mainland success in the Mid Solent League Challenge Cup Final on Saturday.
The local side headed across the Solent to East Lodge Mustangs FC in Portsmouth on Saturday morning as League champions, returning to the Island later that day having taken victory in the Challenge Cup too.
The youngsters managed to secure a 1-0 win over the Mustangs thanks to a goal by Aidan Radford.
Last month the Under 16s took the Mid Solent League title making it a double victory for Brading.
