Police have arrested a 24-year-old man who was allegedly touching himself whilst sitting in his van in East Cowes earlier this afternoon (Thursday).
Officers from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary were called at 14:33 with reports of a man committing an indecent act whilst sat in a van in Clarence Road.
The van drove off but was located by police on Victoria Grove.
A 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of exposure. He remains in custody at this time.
