Adverse weather has led to the suspension of both Hovertravel’s Ryde-Southsea service and Red Jet’s Cowes – Southampton service this afternoon (Tuesday).
The cross-Solent operators say that the bad weather currently affecting the Isle of Wight means no services can run.
Hovertravel services are suspended until at least 17:45, but there is no guarantee that the operation will resume at that time. Red Jet services, are suspended ‘until further notice.
